Yard of the Month is a program that runs year round. The award recognizes homeowner efforts in keeping their property maintained and attractive. The commitment to keeping up with your yard reflects the spirit of the Crosswinds community at large.
Each month, the winner displays the Crosswinds Yard of the Month sign as their reward. A binder with an instruction sheet travels with the YOTM sign.
Award winners are responsible for three things:
- Register your property as a winner by filling out this form.
- Select the next month’s winner based on the criteria found in the binder.
- Deliver the binder and the YOTM sign to the new winner at the beginning of the next month.
Yard of the Month Guidelines:
- All Crosswinds properties are eligible
- Current award winner selects next month’s winner
- Key criteria include manicured yard, beautification, originality, and creativity
- Results of the residents or by professional landscaper are acceptable
- Award duration term lasts one calendar month
- Yard of the Month winners should be current with their HOA dues
